The Committee voted on and passed the motion that no political representation, except for printed materials, will be made at the Resource Fair.
Karen is to contact Jen Stanovich to ask if the Holden Chamber of Commerce would like a presence there.
Karen will contact Johnny Suire to ask about a PSA.  Melissa McKeon will be contacted by Karen for an article (or mention) in The Landmark 9 (11th) and 2 days (18th) before the event.
RE: the flyer – it was decided upon and Susie will make the few changes A.S.A.P. and send to Jacquie and Karen.  Jacquie will look into printing 8000 copies (good price), then pursuing the payment via the sponsors: Miles Funeral Home and Oriol Healthcare.  The printing has to be done for Friday, Feb. 12th.
There is another edition of the booklet planned for review shortly after the Resource Fair is over.  HCTV is the sponsor of this project.
Joe presented information about the CAPE bags which was well received.  The decision was made to have H@H and the logo (see booklet) printed on 500 bags.  The Committee voted on and passed the motion to print 500 bags with the cost of the project not to exceed $1200.00.  Joe suggested contacting Paul Latino of Wachusett Fitness for partial sponsorship of the bags.  Janice Mitchell has already made a contribution for that purpose.  Donna F. suggested contacting the drugstores in town for the same purpose.  Joe will do this, since he has already contacted Apple Homecare.  Perhaps Oriol Healthcare is interested in sponsoring the bags, as well as the flyers???
There are about 500 magnets and one box of booklets for March 20th, along with the business cards that Jim has printed.
The Fair sub-committee will meet on Thursday, Feb. 18 at the Senior Center at 8 am to create a lay out of the Fair.  (Louise, Sue, Karen, Maureen, Adam)
3. Jim presented the financial information to the Committee: Total Receipts: $10,492.13 and Total Disbursements: $6,112.91.
The motion was made and passed that Help @ HOME be used for disbursements and WARF be used for “storage” during the quiet months, since that is a Trust and an interest-accruing situation.
4. The next meeting will be Thursday, March 4th, at 3 p.m. at the Senior Center.
5. The meeting was adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
